Something is amiss as Congress candidate gives "oath of sticking to congress" a miss!!

A few #congress candidates skipped the oath at bambolim and in panjim at religious places, i know of atleast one who gave it a miss citing that he was unwell but the very next day on Sunday he was attending a religious function ...something is amiss in their plans #goa@INCIndia
