The Revolutionary Goan Party RG has now arrived on the scene with a state wide political fingerprint.
Keep aside Main rivals BJP and Congress.
Now the third rival would be RG.
With 92175 votes it's Revolutionary Goans which now holds THE THIRD RANK IN VOTE share with 9.54% votes
Much above MGP, AAP, AITMC
Here is the ranking of political parties as per vote share
Total electors 1164224
Total voting 965997
Final voting Percentage 82.96
Rankwise Vote share of parties
Rank. Party. % vote share
1. BJP. 33.31
2. INC. 23.46
3. RG. 9.54
4. MGP. 7.60
5. AAP. 6.77
6. AITMC. 5.21
7. GFP. 1.84

9. SS. 0.18
No young political party in Goa has been able to achieve such a share.
It's almost double of a very resourceful AITMC.
RG the five years old regional party
kept candidates in all 38 assembly constituencies. Perhaps they were testing waters with fresh young new faces.
They had no candidates in ALdona and Porvorim.
Their success rate was 1/38 or 2.63%
But they got a stupendous 92175 votes or on average 2426 votes per constituency they contested.
This is a substantially large vote share. But poor RG didn't get publicity focus like MGP, AAP , AITMC who got less VOTES than RG. Strange.
The RGP votes clearly indicate rise of militant Goanism , Goan self identity politics and they could perform well in the forthcoming village panchayats elections if they maintain the momentum gained.

1. RG got more than 1000 votes in 31/38 constituencies contested
2. Out of these 31 they got above 2000 votes in 22 Constituencies, above 3000 votes in 12 constituencies, above 4000 votes in 4 constituencies, above 5000 votes in 4 constituencies. Very impressive for a brand new party without resources and lots of volunteers and infectious enthusiasm.
3. They got lowest votes 130 in Cosmopolitan Marmagoa constituency and highest votes 6377 in rural Valpoi constituency. Very remarkable performance.
4. Their percentage vote share shows that in St Andre they got above 30%
In 3/38 constituencies Tivim, Shiroda and Valpoi they got above 20%
In 13/38 constituencies Siolim, Calangute, St Cruz, Cumbarjua, Mayem, Poriem, Madkaim,Cortalim, Nuvem, Curtorim, Benaulim, Cuncolim, Velim they got 10-19% votes
In rest 21/38 constituencies they got between 1-9% votes.
5. The demographics of their success shows mostly rural and semi urban and coastal fingerprint with less success in cities. Both AAP and AITMC have failed to match their rise despite having unlimited resources , manpower and experience.
The RISE OF RG ON POLITICAL FIRMAMENT OF GOA IS ACTUALLY MORE IMPORTANT NEWS FROM ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS 2022 THAN THIRD TERM FOR BJP.
The implications of this statement would be understood by Loksabha elections 2024. And it's likely that RG could perform more impressively in 2027 because now they have learnt the ropes of democracy. Congress, AAP, AITMC ,MGP may take note because you won't be able to match the Militant and radical identity politics of RG.
The firebrand lone RG MLA VIRESH BORKAR from St Andre seems to possess sufficient firepower for the assembly sessions. I am sure he will make a very effective legislator.
